Q: DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
A: Yes I ship worldwide. Please be aware that because of COVID-19 shipping has been delayed immensely. Domestic orders can take anywhere from 1-2 months and International orders can take up to 2-6months. Only purchase if you are serious and can wait.
- At this time I am currently NOT shipping to the UK due to the new Brexit/VAT laws. I will be working to see if I can come up with a workaround.
- IMPORTANT FOR EU CUSTOMERS: If you are located in the EU, starting July 1, 2021, VAT laws will go into effect. You are responsible for any incurring VAT and handling fees. Please be aware that fees must be paid before your order is delivered. I will not be refunding your order if you choose not to pay the fees. Q: CAN I COMBINE MY ORDER IF I MADE MULTIPLE ORDERS AT DIFFERENT TIMES?
A: At the moment I will not be combining orders due to large volumes of orders. If I do I will announce it before the shop opening and as well the day of.
Q: SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH MY ORDER, MISSING AND OR WRONG ITEM. WHAT DO I DO?
-Wrong or Missing Item in Package: Please contact me via email: email@example.com or go to my CONTACT page and fill that out with your Name, Email, Order # and inquiry. Also include a photo of your order if possible.
-Package says delivered but never received it: Unfortunately once I send your package to the post office I am no longer responsible for lost, stolen, damaged packages during transit. You may go to the USPS site and file a missing package and or call your local post office.
***Please Note: I do not issue refunds. I try my best to make sure you are satisfied with your order. Do email me if you have questions.
Q: DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE FOR ORDERS?
A: I have a package insurance listing. I recommend to add it to your package. Without it I won't be able to do anything if your package is lost/stolen/damaged/missing in transit.
Q: I PURCHASED A PRE-ORDER PIN AND AN IN-STOCK PIN. DO I HAVE TO WAIT TILL THE PRE-ORDER PIN GETS TO YOU BEFORE I RECEIVE MY INSTOCK PIN?
A: Yes. I will not ship your items until I received the pre-ordered pins even if you have an in-stock item with your order. It will save on shipping costs. If you would like to have have your in-stock pin shipped to you first please make a separate order. Just note that you will be responsible for shipping costs if you separate your order.
Q: WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER?
A: A pre-order is an item that is bought before it is made to help raise funds and get the pin in production or simply get the pin made. It also guarantees the buyer a Standard Grade Pin. The process may take weeks/months depending on how much is needed to get funded. Please see PIN STATUS page to see new updates.
***Please Note: Do not purchase pre-order pins if you are unable to wait for the completion of the item. It may take anywhere from 1-3months for the item to get funded, sent for production, sent to me for inspection and packaged to send out to you. Pins are handmade and best not to rush production. I would advise to wait for the in-stock pins to be posted on my shop.
